Overview

Our client is hiring a Home Care Sales and Business Development professional to expand referral partnerships and increase private-pay home care business across the Pittsburgh region. This is a field-based role focused on consistent referral activity, relationship management, and measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

Develop new referral relationships throughout Pittsburgh and Allegheny County
Call on hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior living communities, and discharge planners
Drive private-pay home care referrals and support ongoing census growth
Schedule and attend in-person meetings, lunches, and presentations with referral partners
Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities
Track referral activity, meetings, and results in internal systems
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth client intake and start of care

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in home care, home health, hospice, or healthcare sales
Proven success generating referrals in a referral-based healthcare environment
Strong knowledge of the Pittsburgh-area healthcare and senior services market
Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role
Strong follow-up, organization, and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Compensation

Base salary: $55,000–$80,000 per year
Commission and performance-based incentives
Mileage reimbursement
